1. Our service

Energy Tariff is a UK business energy broker. We help UK businesses compare and switch gas and electricity supplier. We are not a supplier of energy ourselves.

2. Quotes

Quotes are indicative and subject to acceptance by the chosen supplier following their credit and eligibility checks.

3. How we're paid

We are paid a commission by the supplier you choose to switch to. This is included in the unit rate of your contract and does not add extra cost to your bill.

4. Your responsibilities

You warrant that any information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to enter into an energy contract on behalf of the named business.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our service.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
