Why we exist
Most UK businesses are paying too much for gas and electricity — not because they've picked the wrong tariff, but because renewing is fiddly and easy to postpone. We started Energy Tariff to fix that: a single point of contact, live prices from a UK supplier panel, and end-to-end switching that takes minutes to trigger and weeks to complete without any disruption.
What makes us different
- Independent. We work for the business, not the supplier. Our panel is broad and we're transparent about which suppliers pay us commission (all of them — see "How we're paid" below).
- UK-based. Our team is in Glasgow — real people you can phone, weekdays 9-6.

How we're paid
Energy Tariff is paid a small commission by the supplier you choose to switch to, factored into the unit rate of the contract you sign — never as an extra fee on top of your quote. If you don't switch, we don't get paid. That's the industry standard model for business energy brokers, and it means our incentives align with yours.
